Windy Smithy Replacement Door Seal Kit. After 3-4 years, the fire rope door seal on your Windy Smithy stove will start to wear out, and will need replacing.

We have a door seal kit, complete with high temperature glue.

Please check the diagonal measurement of the door hole in the burner (see pictures):

Small (Wendy): 195mm

Medium (Louis, Louis Ranger and older Henry, Henry Ranger and Arthur): 235mm

Large (newer Henry, Henry Ranger and Arthur): 274mm

We are currently in the process of introducing online ordering and payment. If you can see an ‘Add to Basket’ button, use this to quickly and easily order the items required. Payment can be made by card using Stripe, direct bank transfer or cash on collection.

Ordering By Email

Please send us an email containing information on the item(s) you want, quantity, and size (if applicable).

We will also need a delivery address and phone number to process your order.

We will get back to you as soon as we can with an invoice and payment details.

Online Orders

This information will be taken automatically when ordering directly through our website.

Ordering By Email

For orders sent by courier or post, we require:

  • Delivery address
  • Invoice address (if different)
  • Contact telephone number to supply to the delivery company

If you’re making an order over email, we will require this information to confirm the order.

We’re not currently shipping outside of the UK.

We send most items using Parcelforce. Delivery fee depends on your location in the UK.

On Delivery

Although 99% of orders go smoothly,:

  1. DO NOT sign for your order until it has been thoroughly checked, or sign as DAMAGED if the driver will not wait.
  2. We need to be notified of any damage or discrepancies in your order within 24 hours of receipt.
  3. Please read our Terms & Conditions, which you are deemed to have accepted on placing an order.
